These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using TalentLumia, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the TalentLumia AI pre-interview automation system
  • "User" refers to recruitment agencies, intermediaries, and other recruiting professionals using the Platform
  • "Recruitment Agencies and Intermediaries" refers to recruitment agencies, talent acquisition firms, headhunters, and other recruiting intermediaries using the Platform
  • "Candidate" refers to job applicants whose information is processed through the Platform
  • "AI" refers to the artificial intelligence components of the Platform

3. Service Description

TalentLumia provides the following core services for pre-interview automation:

  • AI-powered resume parsing and analysis for preliminary candidate screening
  • Job description document processing and analysis to understand role requirements
  • Automated pre-interview quiz generation and delivery:
    • AI generates personalized screening questions based on candidate's resume and job requirements
    • Pre-interview quizzes are delivered to candidates via email using Gmail integration
    • System tracks quiz completion status
    • Automated evaluation of candidate responses to identify qualified candidates for human interviews
  • Bulk export of pre-qualified candidate data for further interview scheduling

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Recruitment Agencies and Intermediaries

  • Must provide accurate and lawful job descriptions for pre-interview screening
  • Are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of candidate data throughout the screening process
  • Must comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws
  • Must ensure proper authorization for processing candidate data
  • Must grant Gmail sending permissions to enable pre-interview quiz delivery to candidates
  • Must ensure their Gmail account has appropriate sending limits and compliance with email regulations
  • Are responsible for scheduling and conducting human interviews with pre-qualified candidates

4.2 Data Privacy

  • Users must obtain necessary consent from candidates before processing their data
  • Users are responsible for complying with relevant data protection regulations
  • The Platform will process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

5. AI System Usage

5.1 AI-Generated Content

  • The Platform uses AI to analyze resumes and generate pre-interview screening quizzes
  • The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content
  • Users are responsible for final decisions regarding candidate progression to human interviews based on AI-generated quizzes

5.2 System Limitations

  • The AI system's performance depends on the quality of input data
  • Results should be used as a tool to assist preliminary screening, not replace human interview judgment
  • The Platform may not be suitable for all types of positions or industries
  • The Platform is designed for pre-interview screening only and does not conduct final hiring decisions

5.3 Gmail Integration

  • The Platform requires Gmail sending permissions to deliver pre-interview quiz links to candidates
  • Users must authorize the Platform to send emails on their behalf through their Gmail account
  • The Platform will only send pre-interview quiz-related emails and will not access other Gmail data
  • Users are responsible for monitoring their Gmail account for any unauthorized activity
  • The Platform may store candidate response data for service provision and pre-interview screening purposes

6. Data Management

6.1 Candidate Data

  • Candidate data will be processed according to our Privacy Policy for pre-interview screening purposes
  • Users must ensure candidate data is accurate and up-to-date
  • The Platform will retain candidate data according to applicable laws
  • Users can export pre-qualified candidate data in compliance with data protection regulations for interview scheduling

6.2 Job Description Data

  • Job descriptions must be accurate and lawful for effective pre-interview screening
  • Users retain rights to their job description content
  • The Platform may use job descriptions to improve AI models for pre-interview quiz generation

7. Intellectual Property

  • The Platform's software, design, and AI models are protected by intellectual property rights
  • Users retain rights to their content (job descriptions, candidate data)
  • Users grant the Platform license to process their data for pre-interview screening service provision

8. Subscription and Billing

  • TalentLumia offers subscription plans on a monthly or annual basis. Upon successful payment, your entitlements for the current billing cycle will be reset accordingly.
  • TalentLumia also offers usage-based packages for one-time purchase, providing a specific amount of credits or usage allowances that can be used as needed.
  • You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time during the billing cycle. When upgrading, you will immediately receive all benefits of the higher-tier subscription, and any price difference will be consolidated and charged in your next invoice. When downgrading, your current entitlements will remain in effect, and any price difference will be credited towards your next invoice.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated pre-interview quizzes
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-provided data
  • We are not liable for the outcomes of human interviews conducted after pre-interview screening
  • Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law

10. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Platform
  • Users may terminate their use of the Platform at any time
  • Upon termination, data will be handled according to our data retention policy

11. Changes to Terms
